The iTrip Franchise 2023 Annual Summit Brought Together Industry Leaders and Franchisees to Discuss Trends and Successes
One of the benefits of an iTrip® franchise investment is becoming part of a supportive and friendly network of franchisees, support staff, and market experts who work together to grow property management franchises in the short-term rental industry.. While our franchisees operate all over the U.S., we gather together for a few days of fun, education, and camaraderie. Our annual iTrip 2023 summit was held over two days in November, hosting nearly 200 attendees in the beautiful and historic town of Franklin, TN.
During the summit, iTrip franchisees had the opportunity to attend general and breakout sessions featuring spotlighted iTrip franchisees and industry sponsors like Airbnb, ResortCleaning, PointCentral, and other vendor partners. These informative sessions allowed attendees to learn more about how iTrip operates in the short-term rental industry to maximize results, both for our franchisees and their property owner clients. These interactive discussions included topics such as:
- Revenue management
- Payment processing
- Travel insights
- Lessons learned
- Luxury short-term rentals
- Business scaling
- Process creation and team building
- Communication improvement
- Off-season maintenance
- And other topics relevant to iTrip franchisees.
Additionally, keynote presentations were made by industry experts from Vrbo, RevMax, and KeyData, among others, and sessions were recorded so franchisees could access them anytime and listen to any sessions they weren’t able to attend.
Lunch was catered and provided each day, which allowed franchisees to mingle and receive one-on-one support from iTrip’s staff. In addition, trade show blocks were scheduled so franchisees could meet with vendors and sponsors. After-hours events and an award ceremony celebrating iTrip’s top franchise owners rounded out the summit. Awards not only recognized revenue milestones but also honored franchisees who strive to utilize all of iTrip’s tools and contribute to a better company culture.
