An Introductory Call

The first thing we’ll do is get to know each other through a high-level introductory webinar/call that will last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. During this time, we’ll talk about the short-term vacation and urban rental industry in general, the iTrip Vacations value proposition, our proprietary technology and automation, and the sources of income you’ll enjoy as our franchisee.

Watch Our Informative Videos

Throughout the franchise process, you’ll take some time to watch a series of informative videos we’ve produced that go over important topics, such as:

  • How to find and secure properties to manage
  • How to attract property guests successfully
  • How to utilize and benefit from our proprietary automation, software, training, and support

We have prepared these videos to help answer some of our most frequent questions, and they can be watched and absorbed at your own pace, in the comfort of your home.

An FDD is a very important document that all franchisors are required to make available to serious potential investors. Our FDD will give you an in-depth look at every aspect of our brand and your investment, including:

  • What is expected of you as a franchisee
  • What your financial obligations are to us
  • How your territory will be defined

Because FDDs are so important and contain so much information, you’ll have at least two weeks to review ours. We’re always on hand to answer questions as you read through this informative document.
