Your short-term rental property management franchise cost will range from an initial investment of $55,000 to $75,000, payable when you sign the franchise agreement.
The initial investment includes a one-time franchise fee, which grants you the immediate use of our brand name and our copyrighted materials, and a fee that covers the cost of your comprehensive training, the establishment of your exclusive territory, and our proprietary software and technology.
Royalty and Licensing Fee
As with other franchisors, iTrip Vacations requires franchisees to pay a royalty fee based on revenue, which in part covers the expense of ongoing corporate efforts on the franchisees’ behalf. Our royalty fee is a maximum of 5%. Additionally, there is a monthly franchisee fee for SaaS and for digital marketing that we conduct on the behalf of our franchisees and brand.
