From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
The iTrip story began in 2008, when our founders, Steve Presley, Todd Morrison and Tom Bissmeyer, were all vacation rental property owners themselves. They saw a gap in the market – a need for both property owners and guests to receive a higher level of service.
Through extensive research and analysis, they identified key areas where the industry could improve and envisioned a solution that would benefit both property owners and guests. This vision became the iTrip Vacations short-term rental property management brand.
Fast forward to 2015, when our founders decided to share their success by franchising the iTrip business model. This gave investors the opportunity to own their own businesses and become part of the private accommodations industry. In 2023, we streamlined our name to iTrip, creating a more modern and specific brand identity.
