The path to opening an iTrip property management business starts on our website. This is where you will fill out a brief form with some basic information about yourself. Once we receive it, one of our franchise experts will schedule a high-level introductory call that lasts 60 to 90 minutes. During this call, we’ll get to know one another and talk about short-term rentals, our brand assets, such as technology and industry relationships, and next steps. By the end of the call, we ensure our goals and values align before moving on to informative videos.
Read and Review Our FDD
A Franchise Disclosure Document, is an important document that all franchisors are required to have and details every aspect of your investment. Examples include training and support, how your territory will be defined, your investment requirements, and business strategies. We provide plenty of time to review the iTrip FDD, perhaps with your attorney, and answer any questions.
